Andrea Rinke was born
in September 1963 in Vienna, Austria.
She started her education as a porcelain painter at the famouse
"Vienna Procelain Manufactory Augarten", which is
one of the oldest and richest manufactures in Europe.
In 1994 the artist showed
her first exibition with great success.
1995-1996 Andrea Rinke
worked on a project for the " European Chapel" in Mauerbach near
Vienna. She arranged the "Crossway by Josef v. Fürich from
1846 " on porcelain,
with the special feature of a 15. Station, which was sketched by the
painter in addition and which carries the title " The Resurrection of
Jesus ". This cross way is by its 15. Station a world-wide unique
object of interest.
These religious
representations were a role of the pioneer for further sakrale topics
to create porcelain painting plates on animal graves. Their constant
work urge as an artist encouraged her to this sensitively seeming
painting from the animal world, in order to be able to render to loved
domestic animals the last honour.
The objects together
from porcelain and wood show the ability and the qualification of the
artist.
